Review today’s explorations and ideas about water.

Review the chart “Puddles” and look at the pictures of puddles from this morning. Ask:

What are some ways to make a puddle?
Which surfaces make good puddles? Why do you think that is?
Was the water absorbed by some surfaces? Which ones? Which surfaces didn’t absorb water?
What did you notice about what happened when you squirted or poured the water? (Did it make mud or a hole? Flowed in a certain direction?)
