Review the chart “Puddles” and look at the pictures of puddles from this morning. Ask:
- What are some ways to make a puddle?
 - Which surfaces make good puddles? Why do you think that is?
 - Was the water absorbed by some surfaces? Which ones? Which surfaces didn’t absorb water?
 - What did you notice about what happened when you squirted or poured the water? (Did it make mud or a hole? Flowed in a certain direction?)
