Review today’s explorations and ideas about ramps.

Print Activity

Ask children to describe the experiment they tried in the guided activity. What do they think the experiment was trying to show? Display the photos you took of their obstacle courses. Have children dictate captions to the pictures. Tell them that tomorrow they will do different experiments with the obstacle courses. Ask them if they have any ideas for experiments they might try.

Tell children that you’ve read several books this week about wheels and played with some toys with wheels. Ask them to name some things with wheels that might be fun to go down a ramp on (such as a bike, scooter, skateboard, stroller, roller skates, wagon, go-cart, or wheelchair.)
